BUTT, THIGHS & CORE STRENGTH TRAINING
Get your body TONED and STRONG with our new BUTT, THIGHS & CORE Strength Training.
The programs run in 6 week blocks, every Wednesday at 5:45pm, and are designed to increase in intensity as you progress so that you are always challenged.
The focus is:
- ISOLATION techniques to strengthen the particular area
- FUNCTIONAL movements that help prevent strain or injury and benefit your well being
- ENDURANCE exercise....because we all love to hold planks and squats for long periods of time ;)
DANCERS! This program is perfect for building strength for your dance technique and will also improve your speed!
The sessions are 45 minutes and include an extensive stretch session at the end with a qualified Personal Trainer.
We have designed numerous affordable packages depending on your goals including pairing your weekly work out with a ZUMBA sweat session for cardio.

Casual rates are $20 and can be paid in cash at the studio.
NOTE: Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to run BTC on Wednesday 24th Feb. A make up class will be held on Saturday 27th Feb at 11am.
